I would like to think of myself as someone who is approachable and easy-going. I may be an introvert to people whom I am unfamiliar with. However, many of my friends find me too expressive. Respect is a central theme in my life. I strongly believe that “Respect for ourselves guides our morals; respect for others guides our manners.” Reflection and self-improvement make up two important aspects of my life. I truly appreciate both positive and negative feedbacks from anyone. “A man reaps what he sows.” With this belief, I try to put my best effort in whatever I do.

I thought you were a very serious person after reading your post! You discussed about respect, manners and moral. It seems to me that respect is a high priority to you.
There is not one successful person who as not been criticized. Their hearts are also big enough to take corrective feedback. Your willingness to accept feedback (both positive and negative) speaks volume of your wonderful character.
A serious person who puts in 100% of his efforts in everything he does. Well, this is the image I have in my mind after reading your post!

I admire that you can truly appreciate negative feedbacks - let's be honest, most people don't like hearing negative feedback (constructive or not). In my interaction with you in class I can tell that you hold respect with high regard. It's a great attribute to have as it potrays you as someone who is trustworthy.

I certainly believe that self reflection is useful to one. It aids in correcting one's actions and to think back on what he/she has done so as not to repeat the mistakes in future endaevours.
Like you, I also believe in putting in the best in whatever I do. Through working on the research project with you, I truly believe that you hold respect with high regards. I agree with Mei Ling that you are a trustworthy person who meet your deadlines as I can see during the project!
